As a woman who has spent years attuning to the intelligence of the body, I’ve come to understand how profoundly our hormones influence the way we feel, move, and relate to the world around us. From the menstrual years to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond, our inner landscape is constantly shifting. These changes are not simply physical; they ripple through our emotions, energy, and sense of connection to self. Through my own lived experience and somatic practice, I’ve learned that hormonal transitions are not something to fix. They are invitations into deeper embodiment.

When we learn to listen to the body’s cues with presence and compassion, we can begin to regulate from within and restore harmony to our system.

I’ve created this space for women who are ready to bring all of themselves — the fatigue, mood changes, sleep disturbances, emotional waves, and the longing to feel balanced again — into a supportive, educational, and embodied process.

In our 1:1 Somatic Hormone Consultations, we explore how your body is communicating through symptoms and sensations, and we work with somatic and nervous system tools to support hormonal balance. Together we incorporate breathwork, gentle movement, and grounding practices to create emotional steadiness, while weaving in education around how hormonal shifts impact mood, metabolism, and energy. Through nervous system mapping and re-regulation practices, you begin to cultivate resilience and deepen your connection to your body’s innate wisdom.

These sessions unfold within a one-to-three month journey, with weekly one-hour meetings designed to help you understand your body’s rhythm, restore connection to your inner knowing, and cultivate a grounded sense of wellbeing.

Pricing & Packages

Hourly rate is $200, virtual or in-person available. In-person sessions are held in Los Angeles. Monthly packages are available and recommended for ongoing support and consistent transformation.
