I am honored to walk this path with you. Somehow, our worlds have aligned — and I now have the privilege of supporting you through this next chapter of your growth and embodiment.

My intention is to hold integrity, transparency, and confidentiality at the center of our work together. The essence of my work blends deep somatic practices with clarity and alignment, supporting you in creating and expanding a life that feels true to who you are.

Over the years, I’ve found that lasting transformation arises through a commitment to your own self-discovery and embodied awareness. My commitment to you is to always hold your best interest and share tools, practices, and insights drawn from my 15+ years of experience and education.

While my work integrates both life and business coaching, it is primarily focused on body-mind expression, helping you communicate, sense, and process through the wisdom of your body.

I offer a variety of containers designed to fit your lifestyle and rhythm. During our first three months, I recommend meeting once per week on a consistent day and time to create grounding, continuity, and flow in our sessions.
