My name is Peggy Khoucasian. I am a Certified Somatic Practitioner, Trauma-informed, with training in Nervous System Regulation, TRE, Reiki, Breath-work and other healing modalities. I hold space for inner child healing and ancestral roots integration, guiding you to gently reconnect with your body, honor your story, and step into your most authentic, aligned self. I walk beside you, guiding your body to feel, express, and reconnect with its most authentic truth. My vision has always been to support you in stepping into your highest frequency, aligned in body, mind, and spirit.

In our one‑on‑one journey together, we will lean into a personalized alignment experience — weaving somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and energy work, so that what you desire begins to unfold in the present moment through how you feel in your body. It is through the tender, small shifts — the micro‑moments of change — that the deeper evolution of self is born.

We will gently explore patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you, awaken your inherent self‑worth, and touch into the ways your mindset, heart, and body long to align. We’ll bring awareness to the conversations your subconscious whispers and guide them into mindful, embodied expressions of clarity and action. Healing at your core radiates outward — into your business, your relationships, your life.

When you consistently choose yourself — your nervous system, your body, your essence — you open to an infinite well of energy and possibility. You begin to remember your true power, the power you have always carried.

Through our somatic work, we’ll honor the internal language you’ve been speaking, align your thoughts with your heart’s deepest knowing, and reconnect the body’s frequency so you can live from your essence, fully receptive to what your soul is calling forward.

Somatic & Nervous System Regulation

Somatic practices and breathwork are powerful tools for regulating the nervous system and fostering lasting healing. By engaging in intentional body awareness, mindful movement, and breath-based exercises, clients learn to notice sensations in their bodies and respond to them with awareness rather than reactivity.

Over time, these practices create new, safe, and positive experiences that help override old patterns. Repeated engagement teaches the nervous system to associate bodily sensations with calm and safety, gradually re-patterning the body-mind connection. This consistent practice supports the release of stored trauma, fosters resilience, and promotes a more balanced state of being.

From a neuroscience perspective, this process relies on neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to form new connections. By repeatedly practicing somatic awareness and mindfulness, specific neural circuits strengthen and become more efficient. Over time, these circuits become stronger and more efficient through a process called synaptic plasticity. These new pathways support calm, regulated responses, reduce reactivity, and reinforce healthier patterns of behavior.

With patience and consistency, these practices enable the nervous system to shift from chronic stress or dysregulation to a state of balance and integration. Over time, clients develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and sustainable well-being.

Breakdown of Phases and Preparation

  • Somatic Mapping — The Preparation Phase

    (Before Phase 1 — sets the foundation)

    This is where we begin.
    We slow down and listen — creating safety, awareness, and trust within your body. Together, we explore how your system signals protection, where it holds tension, and what it needs to feel safe again.

    Focus:
    Building safety, awareness, and trust with the body. Clients learn to recognize sensations, patterns of protection, and their personal regulation cues.

    Modalities:

    • Nervous System Regulation Foundations

    • Somatic Awareness & Felt Tracking

    • Breathwork for Grounding

    • Vagus Nerve Activation (tone awareness, safety cues)

    • Reiki (gentle energetic balancing)

    Goal:
    To create a safe internal map — where you can locate tension, numbness, and aliveness within your body. This map becomes the compass for all future integration.

  • We begin by returning home to the body.
    This phase nurtures safety, awareness, and presence — helping you build capacity to feel and notice what arises without overwhelm.

    Focus: Reconnecting with the body, creating baseline awareness, and establishing nervous system safety.

    Modalities:

    • Breathwork

    • Tissue Massage / Cupping

    • Art Therapy (self-expression for awareness)

    Goal: To build capacity to feel and track sensations — preparing the nervous system for deeper release and healing.

  • As safety deepens, the body begins to release.
    This phase supports the unwinding of stored tension, trauma, and patterns of self-abandonment, allowing your system to soften into regulation and flow.

    Focus: Releasing what’s been held, restoring natural regulation, and expanding capacity for emotional safety.

    Modalities:

    • Tremoring & Trauma Release

    • Bilateral Stimulation

    • Reiki & Healing Modalities

    • Inner Child Work & Reparenting

    Goal: To calm the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and reshape emotional and physical holding patterns.

  • Now we enter the phase of remembrance and rewiring.
    Here, we begin to reprogram limiting beliefs and attachment wounds, cultivating new neural and somatic pathways that align with safety, love, and trust.

    Focus: Reprogramming the body-mind connection through new patterns of presence, worthiness, and self-connection.

    Goal: To strengthen self-regulation, deepen connection to self, and begin living from new neural and embodied patterns.

  • Integration becomes embodiment.
    This phase is where your healing anchors into daily life — where your body holds safety, your energy flows freely, and your presence expands. You move through life with a grounded heart, a regulated nervous system, and a deep sense of inner harmony.

    Focus: Integrating all layers of healing and expanding your capacity to hold presence, love, and energy.

About Peggy

Peggy is a Certified Somatic Specialist, Trauma-Informed Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and RYS300 Yoga Teacher. In her 1-on-1 sessions, Peggy creates a tender space for women seeking to soothe anxiety, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. With a holistic and integrative approach, she gently guides her clients toward deeper self-awareness, emotional harmony, and inner child healing. Each session is a journey back to the body, where nervous system regulation and self-acceptance lead to profound transformation.

Her focus areas are inner child healing, intergenerational trauma, re-patterning, reparenting & nervous system regulation. She guides women towards reclaiming their inner harmony & embracing a life of alignment, resilience, & self-discovery.

Peggy's expertise emphasizes her dedication to teaching embodiment work & promoting holistic healing & growth. Through her extensive knowledge & experience in facilitating inner child healing & nervous system regulation, Peggy fosters a safe & nurturing space for women to embark on their healing journey. Peggy is also in the process of creating a platform called Roots of Legacy that will support immigrants that have generational trauma due to tragedies of past genocide.

She carries the fierce and graceful spirit of her Armenian lineage.
